• Android UI actions wait for actual accessibility revisions, reject stale snapshots and release native callbacks cleanly.
• MCP tool and device snapshots refresh during a long-running session, while common mobile calls can return their quick terminal result directly.
• The console, Connector logs and interactive CLI now expose available desktop updates without blocking structured commands on a network check.

Operator action: publish archives and installers before both manifests, restart the Control Plane, then verify an old node is marked Update available.

• Connectors maintain an authenticated outbound WebSocket for dispatch.available signals.
• PostgreSQL remains the durable queue; signed poll atomically claims work.
• Reconnect triggers an immediate poll and a 30-second fallback covers lost wake signals.

Operator action: allow WebSocket upgrades on /api/v1/nodes/:nodeId/events and monitor adc_node_wake_connections.
